I initiated this project in 2015. It is dedicated to raising awareness & encouraging dialogue about the abuse of children for health care professionals, teachers & educators. My mission is to empower children, adults, and communities to speak out, to disclose abuse, to educate and engage in ways of healing families affected by physical and sexual abuse, domestic violence, and other forms of trauma. Silence and shame prevent action. In response to standing up to societal silence, I created a multidisciplinary project that focuses on training pediatricians, mental health workers, social services, and law enforcement workers to recognize and address CSA.
On a personal level, I poured my heart into this project. After years of studying and working in the USA and specializing in working with children and families who had been affected by abuse. During my post-graduate training program in family and couples therapy at the Ackerman Institute for the Family, it was time for me to give back to my homeland.

In 2016, I was awarded a UNICEF grant to address issues of CSA in Serbia.

In 2017, the UNICEF grant was extended to Montenegro.

In 2020 the work extends to Bosnia and the Republic of Serbia /RS/.
